All items are preorder products, which will be shipped within 2 to 4 months after the end of the preorder period.
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes applicable to physical purchases, including VAT, duties, and other taxes or fees. Packages refused at the destination country for cause of import taxes or fees may not be refunded or may only be partially refunded at our discretion.
The following countries are excluded from shipping: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Myanmar, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Yemen. Please consult the up-to-date list on our shipping provider's website if you have doubts that we will be able to ship to your location.
Digital items will be sent via the email address provided in the order after all physical items have been shipped. The buyer is responsible to whitelist the zine's email address (luminexharbingerszine (at) gmail (dot) com) and check their email after the announcement that digital products have been sent is posted on our social media. After leftover sales are closed, the project's social media channels will be monitored for 30 days. After the 30 days, any unclaimed digital orders will be considered unfulfillable.
